Mike Greenslade | Managing Director

Mike Greenslade became Managing Director of Rowe Property Developments at the division's creation in 2004. He has been key in the business' expansion, with his hands on approach to business processes involving identifying ideal development sites, securing funding and commissioning professional services. Mike has been with the Rowe Group for over 33 years, starting as a drawing office junior and gradually rising to the position of group property manager prior to the formation of Rowe Property Developments.

George Wilkinson | Non Executive Director

George is a partner with Ashfords, one of the region’s leading law firms, where he specialises in mainstream corporate and commercial law.

Based in the Plymouth Office, George advises clients across the whole region, and has particular experience advising large family businesses. In addition to his law practice, George is involved in the wider business community in the South West, including several board level positions for other businesses, as well as public speaking at legal and professional seminars.

Charles Howeson | Executive Chairman

Charles Howeson joined the company in August 2003 as Rowe Group's first non-family Chairman. He also chairs a number of other West Country enterprises including Crownhill Estates and the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce. Charles started his career in the Royal Navy, retiring from the post of Chief of Allied Staff in Gibraltar in 1991. In the early 90's Charles embarked on a commercial career with a passion to lead the way in urban regeneration and regional economic development.

He is a respected leader both nationally and internationally and holds a range of other Directorships and Government appointments.

Colin Truscott | Non Executive Director

After obtaining a Physics degree at King's College, London Colin Truscott qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. A move to local Truro firm Lang Bennetts saw Colin become a partner dealing with a wide variety of local and international businesses, a position he still holds.

In addition to his accountancy practice Colin has a number of non-executive directorship roles and trusteeships. Colin is a non-executive Director on the Rowe Group Board.

Chris Rowe | Director

Christopher Rowe joined the Company in 1989 and takes a keen interest in all company investments, sitting as a Director on all subsidiary Boards.

As a Director, he supports the strategic growth effort and direction of the Group. Chris has a strong interest particularly in the company's property investments and has an in-depth understanding of the market. His skills mean he can recognise both short and long-term objectives and opportunities to grow and strengthen the portfolio.

Matthew Rowe | Director

Matthew Rowe joined the company in 1986 and as a Director, oversees the smooth operation of the entire group with a keen eye for detail and strategic intent. He plays an active part in the joint decision-making responsibilities of the Board and is instrumental in providing the group with direction, liasing from time to time with key personnel in his team of employees.

Jason Rowe | Director

Jason Rowe joined the company in 1982. As a Director, he oversees the general operation of the Rowe Group of Investments and takes particular interest in the strategic planning and growth of the group as a whole. Jason recognises value in the involvement and participation of all those employed under the Rowe name and aims for a culture of unity both within and around the company.
