The design proposals for Shepherd Wharf include two separate buildings: a five storey block consisting of a commercial use area at ground level with residential accommodation on the upper floor and a ten storey building which rises at one end to form a 20 storey tower. The ground floor of this building will provide commercial space with residential accommodation on the upper stories.
